Mart Krijger Exclusive Edition of the KuvaLight Amsterdam
How special is it when an artist falls in love with your lights and adds his own art to them? That is exactly what happened with world renowned artist Mart Krijger.
With a background as a jewelry maker, Mart designs and creates unique Panel-Art and Skull-Art with great precision. His work can be found worldwide in interiors, fashion and art galleries. Mart's creations are handmade using a variety of unique materials such as shells, wood, dichroid glass, gemstones, marble, lacquer, horns, silk, feathers, sea serpent leather and many more, often combined with Swarovski Elements.
We met artist Mart Krijger in 2023, who transformed one of our KuvaLight Amsterdam wall lights with several metallic lacquer layers, creating a changeant effect. On top of the lacquer a composition of beautiful reflective stones are applied, which creates a sparkling twinkle when combined with the KuvaLight color and white light effects on the wall, making it a true crown jewel in our collection.
This exclusive one-of-a-kind piece of art can be admired in our showroom.
